 15-Minute Phone Consultation

This is a complimentary and casual phone conversation where I can gather some background and better understand your concerns. After this first conversation, we may schedule our first session.

Individual Therapy

I offer talk therapy to help you gain insight into your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, understand the root causes of your problems, and develop healthier coping strategies. I listen thoughtfully with an open mind and reflect back practical, constructive, and non-judgment therapeutic support and guidance. We meet in weekly sessions typically at the same day and time. This secure time will be your space, built as a place of safety and trust in your week. My clinical perspective is client-centered and integrates a combination of techniques derived from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Family Systems Theory and Positive Psychology to enact meaningful change. We are all wonderfully unique, so therapy is customized for you and your experience.
