The beauty of therapy is that it can support anyone no matter what they are going through in life.​ I'm a Stanford Health and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center trained therapist, with 16 years mental health experience. I'm a published author in the field of wellness and resiliency, and a former Division 1 soccer player from Danville, Ca.
